To help you navigate the purchase process, here’s an overview of the steps for placing an order on our website:
 
1) Add items to your cart.
 
2) Create a new customer account (see the image below).

 If you are an existing customer, log in (Log in – Existing customer) and go to step 6.


 Fields identified by an asterisk (*) are required.
 



3) You will receive an email at the address you gave in step 2; make sure to check your junk mail box.
If you do not receive the activation email, check the address and start the registration process over using the correct email.

Please note that your password will be sent with the activation email.
 
4) Click on the link in the activation email to validate and activate your account.

5) You will be returned to the website shopping cart where you are now logged in. You can continue shopping or place your order.

  
6) Provide your purchase information:
 
  A) Verify the information you entered in the “Billing address” and "Delivery address" fields.
  B) Specify delivery method.
  C) Specify payment method.
  D) Verify the information and your order. If you have a coupon, please enter the code.
  E) Check the box confirming you agreement to the Terms (see image below).

 
 
 
7) Click “Proceed to checkout” (see image below).
 
 
 
Next steps if you are paying by PayPal®:

8) If you pay via PayPal®, a screen will appear redirecting you to the PayPal® site, wait until the PayPal® window appears. (This could take a few seconds).

 9) Follow the usual PayPal® payment process by selecting the desired option either PayPal or credit card if you wish to pay by credit card via PayPal.
  

10) You will be returned to the Allergo Medik website where a window will display confirming your purchase.
 
Please note that you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order information after your order is placed. You will also receive an order status update email.
