Products sold by Allergomedik.com are covered by our Customer Satisfaction Policy. This policy allows you to return merchandise within 15 days of the date of the original invoice, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. All merchandise returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorized) number, issued by Allergomedik.com. The RMA number is valid for 7 days, with some flexibility to allow for delays in shipping. Any merchandise returned to us without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the customer at customer expense.  Please allow 5 to 10 working days for product verification and refund processing.

2. Return merchandise must not be physically damaged, including damage due to improper handling. We will not accept product that is physically altered or which has undergone modifications not approved by the manufacturer, etc. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on special order products. All products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. All charges, including shipping, handling, and insurance costs are non-refundable.

3. Unopened product (excluding special orders or merchandise designated “No Return” or similar language) may be returned within 15 days for a full refund, less shipping, insurance, and handling charges.

4. Opened product WITHOUT original packaging and used product cannot be returned. Once opened, the product, if not used, can be returned within 15 days with original packaging as stipulated in our customer satisfaction policy, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must include all original components, packaging, and the RMA number provided by Allergomedik.com, without which returns will be refused. Allergomedik.com reserves the right to refuse any return or refund of merchandise.
